"Although I am not, generally speaking, an adherent of holistic or healing regimens I was convinced by Megan to do a session of Reiki with her. I must admit it had a remarkable effect. Two things stand out from the experience and have convinced me to do it again. The first was that about half way through the session I reached a state of profound relaxation so deep that I lost all sense of my body, time or place. The second is that for more than a day after the session my old creaky body was pain free. I don’t have a great deal of pain usually, just those everyday aches and pains that come with age and heavy use. These were all gone. "Megan is truly a gifted practitioner when it comes to anything animals. Her connection to all beings goes deep and is sincere. As a Reiki practitioner, she offered to do some Reiki on Tamari, a retired Guide Dog who is 14 years old. Tamari had been so lame she was unable to do stairs and so she lived in the cellar where there is a door to the outside. Megan met Tamari, spent quite some time with her doing Reiki and the very next day Tamari came upstairs again! Amazing! It feels like a miracle has happened and I am so happy to have Tamari back and underfoot! Megan is a natural born healer and Tamari and I are so fortunate she is in our lives!” SMK
"The thunder started mid-afternoon and as usual, our doggies Rosie and Sunshine were trembling and looking for places to hide. Over the years, we had tried hugging them, sitting with them in a room with no windows, trying to make it fun, herbal concoctions, thunder shirts, and “dog mother” pheromones. There was no convincing them that it was ok. But this day was different. Megan was here and sat on the sofa with them. She had her hands on Sunshine and was butt to butt with Rosie and she was doing Reiki with them. Neither my husband nor I had given Reiki much credit previously, but both now agree that this was absolutely amazing. Upon arrival to retrieve him from surgery I expected the usual groggy unstable little dog but instead found Pepe perky, alert and full of energy. My first thought was that they must not have put him under, but clean teeth and fresh breath were apparent. He’d had a tooth extracted but experienced little if any of the unpleasant side effects. Reiki relieved Pepe’s stress and facilitated his speedy recovery, his energy has increased and he looks better than ever.” MM

Canine Massage
"Megan gives massages to my senior dog who is showing signs of arthritis (and is on meds for it) as well as my athletic younger dog. When Megan comes into my home, I immediately feel her sense of inner calm, her huge heart, and her understanding of animals. She is attuned to the differences between my animals – their sensitivity to touch, their need to sit or lay down, the small twitches that indicate pain, as well as when to switch techniques for what each animal needs. Megan works with me to create the best environment for my dogs. One needs to have his head in my lap – a mama’s boy – and she accommodates for those needs. I have watched him go from a curious, uncertain energy, to a totally relaxed calm place as Megan works on him. She knows when to go deep and when to back off and when to switch to Reiki. I see the results in his walk – from the stiff weekend warrior strut, to a relaxed, easy gait. I feel lucky to be able to have Megan come to my home, where my dogs are most comfortable, and to watch her healing hands bring relief and peace to my dogs." PT
